Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support Financial planning & analysis for business operations
  • Pricing and discounting analysis
  • Strategic modeling and annual operating plan
  • Prepare business cases for key initiatives and ensure ongoing capital compliance
  • Oversee royalties process and agreements with 3rd party vendors
  • Manage monthly commissions and compensation plan design
  • Design systems and reports to track billable services utilization and project profitability
  • Recommendations to corporate executives on strategic initiatives and key operational programs
  • Counsel key business leaders on financial matters.
The chosen candidate for this position will have the ability to:
  • Evaluate strategies in fast-paced, competitive and global markets.
  • Supply quick, discerning opinions on business decisions.
  • Develop dynamic financial models and drive strategic analysis
  • Provide superior leadership over financial planning and forecasting processes for a multi-location, global business entity.
  • Critically evaluate and communicate financial information and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop a comprehensive, organization-wide financial strategy.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities for leveraging the operation.
  • Establish proven processes and innovative system solutions.

Qualifications
Essential characteristics for the chosen candidate include, yet are not limited to:
  • 12 years progressive financial management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Software industry experience strongly preferred.
  • International experience desired.
  • M&A experience desired.
  • Track record of critically evaluating strategic concepts and financial assumptions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial and operational processes across the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands on resources.
  • Technology proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel 10 - 20% on extended stay trips.
