As a key member of the Medicare Advantage Compliance team, the Senior Compliance Data Analyst plays a crucial role in autonomously crafting detailed requirement specifications to meet compliance standards. They collaborate closely with various stakeholders including business units, external trading partners, IT teams, and support teams, acting as a bridge between them.

You will:

  • Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements align with the Senior Compliance Data Analyst's vision and are effectively implemented.
  • Meticulously monitor data, design, and delivery requirements while working alongside the Compliance team to identify, analyze, quantify, and mitigate any compliance risks that may arise.
  • Work with the training and development staff to deliver and update training documentation, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Generate adhoc reports to provide timely support to the compliance team, leadership and/or external regulator.

Salary Range: $71,500 -$154,900/annually

Qualifications

We're seeking a detail-oriented, independent individual:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Health Care, or another related field, required.

* Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Medicare or Managed Care Compliance environment, required.

* Experience with CMS processes is a plus.

* Knowledge of SQL window-based computer environment including MS Office and related programs is a plus.

* Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements

* Demonstrated ability to analyze and organize complex State and CMS regulations.

* Experience managing vendors to contractual requirements.

* Strong ability to research and resolve compliance issues.

* Strong knowledge of the health care managed care compliance requirements.

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to articulate goals, plan and implement processes to achieve those goals, recognize and assess the implications of confounding variables, anticipate consequences, and meet deadlines.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools
