Position Overview:
The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work's Office of Recruitment and Workforce Development (ORWD) is seeking an exceptional Program Administrator to provide visionary leadership and expert guidance over an array of services and initiatives designed to bolster academic achievement, career development and readiness, and professional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Program Administrator, you will assume a pivotal role overseeing several critical areas, including the supervision of Academic and Career Enhancement Navigators (ACENs), administration of professional and workforce development training, management of graduate certificates, and global programming. ACENs are skilled professionals well-versed in leveraging workforce development and professional wellness perspectives, will be dedicated to delivering personalized guidance and support to students, alumni, and professionals across various stages of their academic and career journeys, while continually assessing the impact of our services.
Your leadership will extend to shaping program objectives and content, efficient service delivery, rigorous quality assurance reviews, and the proactive implementation of program enhancements to align with university and School standards. Your deep understanding of school and university policies, support services, and available resources will make you an invaluable source of program knowledge, rooted in best practices and empirical evidence.
Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will manage budgets; serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and academic programs; actively seek and support grant and research proposal opportunities; stay abreast of field developments; and exercise oversight over document production and dissemination, including presentations, handouts, and grant proposals. Collaborating with stakeholders will be an integral part of your role, ensuring alignment with school and University goals and objectives.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,480. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
