The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. Apple is seeking a self-motivated and curious person who will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications for Apple Services, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of Apple services and products. This position will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
  • Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
  • Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
  • Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners
  • Effective communication skills in all mediums-from slack and email to presentations.
  • A passion for Apple products and services and a deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware (Mac OS, iOS, Apple Music, iTunes, App Store, Books, Podcasts, Apple Pay, Apple TV, Apple News, Apple Fitness+, Apple One, etc.)


Description

* Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs. * Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned. * Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement. Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams. * Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling. * Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.

Education & Experience

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $127,400.00 and $212,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
