Job Description
Tomorrow's most advanced automotive technology is being envisioned today at Tier 1 America. A subsidiary of OEM, we are a top leading automotive parts supplier. Tier 1 provides after-sales service parts support for OEM's. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the Tier 1 Accessories division develops accessories for multiple OEM's - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze procurement data using SQL to identify trends, savings opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage data manipulation and reporting to support procurement decisions.
  • Focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
  • Negotiate and administer Purchase Order agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the continuous improvement of procurement strategies and practices.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a procurement role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in drafting and reviewing Purchase Order agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
