Our manufacturing client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $60.00 - $68.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage single or multiple projects
- Define project scope and goals
- Create project plans and deliverables
- Lead the project team
- Lead project steering committee meetings
- Manage project budget (provides monthly forecast) based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Continually evaluate project performance and update project and portfolio management tools
- Identify and escalate risks, actions, issues and decisions to Program and/or Portfolio Manager and BRM
- Perform retrospectives
- Ensure tools are ready (collaboration, tracking)
- Update project status in Accolade
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Experience managing testing deliverables and teams
- Experience managing interface/integration deliverables
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Ability to track client and vendor team deliverables
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Excellent analytical skills
