The Salesforce Lead Analyst will work independently or with team of developer(s)/technology professionals to solve complex business problems. You will also analyze change requests/defects and help validate the applications within the work streams, as well as support the collaboration with boundary systems

Location: Los Angels, CA/Burbank CA (Onsite) Required:
  • 5-8+ years of business analysis experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce primarily in Sales & Service Cloud
  • Salesforce certification (Admin, Platform Dev, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is a plus
  • Understanding of Media & Entertainment Industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Experience with Salesforce workflows, process builder, approval workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce Standard and Custom objects, fields, field validation rules
  • Experience writing and executing SOQL queries, test scripts and test cases
  • Good understanding of integrations methodologies and postman/ Soap UI setups
  • Proficient understanding of testing methodologies and how they're applied
  • Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills
  • Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
  • Strong relationship building and consulting skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members
Education and experience:
  • Technology Related degree or equivalent work experience

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 p.a - $131000 p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
