Work model: Hybrid

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Business Support Specialist in Green Bay to provide quality assurance and process improvement for accessorial charges through auditing. The Senior Business Support Specialist will be responsible for investigating collection disputes, identifying opportunities to capture additional revenue and improving accessorial processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for escalated accessional questions and issues.
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers through open communication, follow-ups and timely problem resolution.
  • Identify potential process concerns and work through them with accessorial stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to capture additional accessorial revenue.
  • Analyze key factor reporting of detention measurements.
  • Onsite initially with the ability to move to a hybrid schedule after the first year.

Skills and qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems such as: COM, Events Extension, SharePoint, Macros, OmniTracs, Excel, Data Load and Rater Server.
  • Desire to become an expert in accessorial systems and processes.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
