**Hybrid in Atlanta, GA with some travel.**

Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $62.00 - $67.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the SAP Project Manager:

• Manage single or multiple projects
• Define project scope and goals
• Create project plans and deliverables
• Lead project team and steering committee meetings
• Manage project budget (provides monthly forecast) based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Continually evaluate project performance and update project and portfolio management tools.
• Identify and escalate risks, actions, issues and decisions to Program and/or Portfolio Manager and BRM
• Perform retrospectives
• Ensure tools are ready (collaboration, tracking)
• Lead project kickoff meeting and planning workshops
• Update project status in Accolade
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements of the SAP Project Manager:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and5-8 years of project management and related experience
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Must have managed at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementations as the lead project manager
• SAP process area expertise: Corporate applications in Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Sales
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (JIRA, Project for Web), Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and best practices
