Your Role

Join Atlas Copco Comptec LLC as an IS/IT Co-op where you will work onsite with all members of the IS/IT department to facilitate troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of Atlas Copco information systems equipment. You will also provide end-user troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computer/mobile device related issues. As part of the IT team, you will report to the IT Team Leader. This is an on-site position located in Voorheesville, NY.

• You will respond to help desk requests in person, via Teams, or via email.
• You will consult with team members to resolve complex issues.
• You will install hardware, software, and run diagnostic programs.
• You will repair operating system, virtualization, or network issues.
• You will provide a high level of customer service and follow up when assisting customers.
• You will document all solutions and changes made to resolve new issues.

To succeed, you will need

• You are currently enrolled in an IT related degree path or IT certification.
• You can analyze IT related issues to determine a cause and solution.
• You can prioritize your tasks.
• You are excited to work in a team environment supporting our organization.
