Expectations:

Provides skilled repair and maintenance of equipment and the Hospital physical plant. Fabricates and modifies part or equipment with machine tools, welding equipment and sheet metal tools as required. This position may require flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
A minimum of seven years of building maintenance and mechanical systems experience required.

SKILLS:
Skills in the use of the tools and methods used in various trades and the ability to supervise and train others in their use.
