Expectations:

Provides skilled repair and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems.
This position may require flexibility of hours, days, and occasional weekends.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 3 years of air conditioning and refrigeration's, with trade school military service, or apprenticeship training. Hospital experience preferred. Computer proficiency required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
EPA Section 608 Universal Certificate issued by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

SKILLS:
Knowledge of the use of the tools and methods used in HVAC and refrigeration.
Knowledge of materials and their applications.
Ability to read and follow blueprint and services manuals.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic working knowledge of BAS
