The rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position is: $24.20 to $40.00
Shifts Available and Hours:

Monday-Friday with availability on:

2nd (2:30pm - 11:00pm)

3rd shift (10:30pm - 7:00am)

Job Summary:

Maintenance Mechanics will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Equipment to include,hydraulic pumps, and cylinders, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines and equipment.

Required Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years maintenance manufacturing experience including heavy equipment repair.
  • Must have Minimum of 3 years in troubleshooting of complex manufacturing machinery including hydraulics, pneumatic, PLC and ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Reads and interprets hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws.
  • Trade school certification or Associates degree preferred
  • Knowledge of AC & DC drives.
  • Basic knowledge of routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear, Rex Roth, Racine, Vickers, etc.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical, including advanced electrical (three phase 460 volt and higher) design, sizing of components and installations, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Repairs and replaces defective parts, lubricates, and cleans parts.
  • Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic Hydraulics, PLC, and Electrical repairs on machinery.
  • Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections.
  • Enter required work orders when deficiencies are found that need attention.
  • Expected tolearn new technology in the following areas: PLC/Electrical systems, Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems, Combustion's systems, Crane/Mobile equipment systems.
