Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Branch Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Santa Monica, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire stellar talent, delivering impeccable customer care while nurturing their career aspirations and aligning them with the bank's goals
  • Monitor daily vitals such as deposit base and transaction counts; conduct regular audits and reviews, ensuring operational integrity and steering the branch towards peak efficiency and compliance
  • Drive core deposit growth, implement cost and income strategies, and set the pace for achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Foster a warm, attentive atmosphere, handle client concerns with care, and create memorable service experiences that distinguish us from competitors
  • Sculpt potent sales and community strategies that resonate with the branch's ethos, sparking new relationships and bolstering existing ones
  • Act as a figurehead within the community, fostering goodwill that translates into growth and prosperity
  • Oversee a diverse team of banking professionals, ensuring alignment with operational standards and exceptional service delivery
  • Engage in comprehensive performance management, offering mentor ship and ensuring your team's continuous growth

Requirements:

  • A stellar record demonstrating sales progress and tangible branch growth
  • At least 7 years within a bank branch milieu, with 5 years of branch management experience
  • Expertise in steering both business and consumer accounts with complexity and finesse
  • Superior communication skills, leadership pedigree, and a flair for bringing out the best in your team
  • Established connection to community organizations reflects an ethos of commitment and service
  • A preference for a Notary Public credential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and advanced banking software is a must
