Mimecast is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer with pre-sales background to join our team. Your primary mission? Providing top-notch pre-sales technical support to our sales team, reseller partners, and valued customers. You'll also have the chance to dive into key customer engagements and empower our sales force through comprehensive training. What You'll Do

  • Support the sales activities with technical pre-sales support for our Strategic Enterprise business segment, engaging with technical contacts to position Mimecast services effectively.

  • Collaborate with sales for qualification and sales strategies.

  • Support complex solutions, oversee pre-sales proof-of-concepts, and work closely with the Service Delivery team.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working with large strategic accounts

  • Effective communication of technical solutions to business-focused customers.

  • In-depth technical abilities as well as commercial acumen and sales skills

  • An understanding of email management and security/archiving solutions

  • Experience in consultative selling in an enterprise level sales environment.
