***This is a Hybrid working arrangement at our Orange County, Los Angeles location.***

About you

You are looking for an opportunity to be responsible for designing the experiences and applying tools that create powerful conversations and engagement-unlocking new possibilities that help our internal and external clients see a new way forward. Your role at Colliers will be strategic, conceptual, and executional-leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions and vision. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer!
You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients!

In this role, you will...

  • You bring the ability to take initiative, develop creative briefs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Designing experiences that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects

  • Partnering closely with sales professionals to help align a vision with a client's need, pursuing each opportunity with optimism, clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process.

  • Designing the elements for a successful client engagement (digital, print, interactive, video, digital, etc.), and facilitate the process from a to z.

  • Offering strategic creative thinking and understanding in considering the needs of our sales professionals, clients or prospects.

  • Designing compelling narratives to make sense of a client's needs and motivate action with a compelling vision for the future. You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience.

  • Commercial real estate experience - adhering to these brand guidelines

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Design firm, agency, editorial, or inhouse design environment, etc.

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).

  • Experience with Hootsuite, Google analytics, Ceros, Brandcast, Wix and Constant Contact.

  • Photography experience.

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $26.00/hour to $48.00/hour

Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
