As Quality Supervisor, you will supervise the Quality Documentation team. You will also manage and maintain the BHOS document system as system administrator.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

• Overseeing Global document processing.
• Supporting the BHOS system upgrade, training and education across of organization.
• Ensuring maintenance and execution of the document management systems across OFSE.
• Leading the OFSE Quality Documentation team, serve as a people leader that embodies the Baker Hughes imperatives and values
• Being accountable for the documentation and translation systems within the OFSE Segment
• Being responsible for future rollouts of next generation document management systems
• Collaborating with the business to ensure internal document needs are met.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
• Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Quality.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading people.
• Demonstrate significant experience in Business Process Management
• Be a natural communicator, able to share ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal methods
• Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence a team, customers and others
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results
• Be able to execute key programs to build quality culture within the organization
• Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
