Job Description

Our Cambria Calabasas is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to manage the department brand standards and surpass Owner expectations. Leading the F&B Team you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns"! Position Responsibilities:

Uphold Food and Beverage Standards, to ensure we are best in class.

Conveys a Clear Vision and Scope for Steps of Service

Assist with Bespoke Activations

Supports Special Menus for Bespoke Experiences

Complete Knowledge of POS System, to ensure to update all menu items and ensure correct pricing

Complies with Local and State laws to ensure all employees have; Serve Safe and RBS Certification for each employee.

Upholds Service Standards per 247 Hotels and Brand policies.

Supports BOH and FOH with Inventories and Ordering on a Daily Basis

Supports in Sourcing Alcohol for Bar and Marketplace

Ensure each property upholds companies' standards, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.

Oversee Training and Onboarding of all New Employees

Oversees Transfers between each department

Tracks COS and Labor Cost for both FOH and BOH

Input Tips for All FOH Employees Daily

Ensures proper scheduling for both Restaurant and Banquet functions

Ability to work AM and PM Shifts as needed, based on business demand


Education and Experience:

  • Successful Food & Beverage hotel management experience is a must, progressive experience is desired
  • Previous F&B POS Systems experience helpful
  • Hands On Approach, Ability to Stand for 6 Hours at a time and Ability to work in an Office Environment. Knowledge of software systems or wiliness to learn; Microsoft Excel, Word, Birchstreet System, Hotel Effectiveness, ADP, Open Table
  • Knowledge of Wine, Spirits, Breweries
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Exceptional guest service skills required
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills required
  • Food Handling Management Certification and Liquor Manager Certifications required
