Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology. You ensure the right solution for the business problem at hand and address challenges at their core. You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

As a Senior Program Manager in ECO, you will drive delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to lead with an influential point of view. Your scope will include a range of projects supporting the Investment Operations - inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure each initiative has clear outcomes, and is setup (e.g. resources, methodology, governance) optimally for success. You will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital's business priorities.

You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding initiative delivery and change capabilities and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office. You will help mature the ECO IO portfolio and leverage existing ECO services and capabilities to drive change for IO while also developing new services as appropriate to support the IO portfolio needs.

  • You've had previous senior management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
  • You have a Big 4 consulting background.
  • You have had asset management experience; ideally, experience delivering change for Investment Operations function.
  • You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.
  • You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
  • You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
  • You are passionate about people development or have a proven track record in people development.
  • You are flexible and agile and thrive off working with people at all levels and across all functional areas.
  • When developing a vision, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints.


Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
