What We DoThe Project Management role is responsible for leading highly visible, sensitive, and multi-faceted projects and programs that deliver and meet First American Information Security process and technology requirements. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting of projects and programs with varying level of complexity that may involve multiple functional areas and/or span across service areas. Duties include but are not limited to assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, coordinating with other projects and work groups, identifying appropriate resource needs, developing schedules, tracking and communicating progress, and reporting and managing risks and issues to resolution to ensure the projects/programs are completed timely and within budget.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for planning and managing projects, subprojects, and work efforts typically of medium to large size and complexity
  • Establish project structure and develop project artifacts such as (but not limited to) project schedule, status reports, and project plans which identify key risks, issues, approaches, performance metrics and resource requirements
  • Facilitate meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating schedules and materials, documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items, gathering, organizing, and distributing project related documentation
  • Conduct risk monitoring, controls, and timely communication and escalation to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes on time and within budget
  • Manage project budget including developing project cost estimates and forecasting
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and timeline with the master project plan and ensure vendor deliverables meet expectation
  • Administer, manage, and track all day-to-day operational aspects of the project or program
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs

What You'll Bring:

  • BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of directly related experience
  • PMP Desirable
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Preferred
  • 4 - 7 years or more experience Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • 4 - 7 years or more experience with Microsoft Project and PPM Tools
  • Experience with Title Insurance/Mortgage acumen preferred but not required
  • Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile required
  • Detail oriented possessing organization and planning skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment
  • Listens to others and accepts input from team members

This role is hybrid onsite in Santa Ana, CA two days per week.

Pay Range: $78,650- $121,000 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
