The Production Specialist position is a support role where you will be responsible for managing the order entry to completion. The Production Specialist enters the process early in the production stage, works with the production managers and assists with the process through to the end point of product delivery. They will be involved in Ecommerce and Tour production channels.

What you'll do:
    • Oversee calendars for manufacturing and production processes.
    • Create and maintain product style numbers and retail/ecommerce compliance.
    • Manage shipment and delivery confirmations for completed production orders.
    • Compile and maintain client project production and development costing through the process to completion.
    • Work closely with the account managers to ensure deliverables meet deadlines, including artwork and product approval deadlines.
    • Ensure responsible production using quotes and agreed upon budgets.
    • Liaise when needed with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, warehouse personnel etc.
Who you are:
    • Extensive knowledge in off-the-shelf garment blanks as well as custom manufacturing (cut & sew) and experience in both high-volume manufacturing and smaller, boutique projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
    • Experienced and/or comfortable working in Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS
    • Excellent time management skills

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$65,000-$65,000 USD
