Evangelize Network Security solutions and differentiation with customers, partners and field teams. Collaborate with marketing, sales and sales engineering teams to drive the product and go-to-market business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.

Develop and manage the implementation of the product roadmap for Network Security Solutions. Plan and coordinate technology developments (e.g., functionality enhancements, product/ data asset, tools, pipeline, and dashboards) and ensure technology forecasts are integrated into the roadmap. Reviews and updates roadmap as business needs change to maintain alignment to overall business strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields, such as computer science, engineering, or related fields and 12+ years of total work experience in a combination of technology development, product management, technical product management. Or Master's degree in technical fields, such as computer science, engineering, or related fields and 10+ years of total work experience in a combination of technology development, product management, technical product management.

• MBA Desirable.

• Knowledge and working experience in Network Security and Threat Analytics like firewall, IDS/IPS, NDR, Malware/Ransomware Prevention etc.

• Capable of managing numerous stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and gaining alignment for strategies from executive level stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills (oral, verbal and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision makers and understand their points of view.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and own it when you don't.

• Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity.

• Comfortable presenting to and persuading at Vice Presidential levels.

• Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment.

• Understands, describes and navigates existing work and makes recommendations with a clear sense of organizational impact.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
