Job Summary

Medpace Cincinnati is seeking an office-based Design Assistant to join our Information Design team! If you want to join an awesome team, use your attention to detail and knack for design, then this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
    Provide day-to-day departmental/project support activities, such as inventory, invoices, and organizing the work area;
  • Coordinate printed materials with the project team and the vendor;
  • Conduct efficient quality control review of documents and presentations, with special emphasis on spelling, consistency, and good design principles;
  • Coordinate, perform, and track printing; and
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required;
  • Excellent organizing, prioritizing, spelling, and follow-up skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); and
  • Incredible attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
