The Senior UX Designer will collaborate closely with user research, product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are rooted in user needs while being technically feasible. You'll champion forward-thinking, practical design and unite diverse stakeholders through collaboration, creative problem-solving, and persuasive storytelling. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience guiding designs from inception to realization, spanning concept exploration, user research, and high-fidelity feature development alongside engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as "go to" with in-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices and standards. Use research-related techniques to support recommendations.
  • Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
  • Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
  • Provide responsive/interactive prototypes for approval by the business that will in turn serve as templates for use by the development team.
  • Evaluate the quality of the user experience. Test, analyze and report results, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and overall satisfaction of the user.
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated; self-starter, Good time administration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft application suite
  • Must have experience with Figma
  • Experience with Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience conducting UX Research to inform design decisions product roadmaps
  • A Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
  • Must be able to take a verbal or written concept and craft a UI/UX around the concept, working to maintain or reuse existing components.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: $96,800 - $151,250

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
