Develop safety programs in alignment with the SCRRA Safety Plan, ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, and provide guidance to field personnel. In coordination with the Training Manager, the Safety Manager will help create safety related training for employees. Perform day to day safety monitoring of safety related activities involving operational and maintenance employees. Oversee all items relating to regulations, rules, inspections, audits, testing, incident investigation, and corrective action plans. The Manager of Safety shall utilize data to perform trending and tracking of hazards and provide a risk-based analysis of all incidents. The Manager of Safety shall report to the AGMTRCS and shall not be responsible for operational and maintenance KPI's. Supervisory Responsibilities:Duties/Responsibilities:

$88,480.00 to $132,720.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
