As our Learning and Development Coach, Ambulatory Clinics, you will provide direct support and coaching to all levels of clinic staff and MSO leadership with the focus of on-the-job training positively reinforcing strong interpersonal skills (for staff) and leadership skills, including but not limited to communication, service excellence and retention (for leaders/MSO), both on-site and remotely. You will consult and collaborate with clinic leaders and HR partners to better understand skill development areas for both clinic staff and leaders and will support the Clinic Coach Supervisor in the design and delivery of needs assessments, diagnosis, process analysis, improvement initiatives, as needed, in order to enhance the clinic coaching program. *1 of 8 positions available. Will hire for multiple geographic locations: Northwest Valley/OC/San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys/Santa Monica/Westwood/South Bay/Central Coast/Westside Cities/Central LA Salary Range: $71,500-$154,900 Annually
Qualifications

* At least 4 years of progressive experience and in-depth knowledge in facilitation, training, coaching, leadership development, change management or consulting experience in large-size organization * At least 4 years of experience delivering leadership development training, team effectiveness, coaching, and group facilitation * Preference given to professionals with leadership training, coaching and/or organizational development experience. * Strong interpersonal skills including sensitivity, tact and professionalism when working with clinic staff and employees, team members and additional internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to present information and tailor message to audience. Strong written and verbal communication with ability to concisely deliver key messages * Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word * Self-starter who is results-oriented, takes initiative, and is able to execute in a timely manner * Certified in Emotional Intelligence, Crucial Conversations, Coaching and personality assessments or psychometrics (preferred)
