As part of the Environmental Services team, you're critical in managing and delivering a superb patient experience. From the environment that's created in patients' rooms, to their comfort-level during their stay — your customer service skills coupled with your attention to detail contribute to our success as an organization.
Food Services
As a food service professional you will have the opportunity to ensure that our patients’ meals are delicious and our service to them is prompt and friendly. The brightest spot in a patient’s day is often when their food arrives. Whether in-room or in a cafeteria, your hospitality and welcoming demeanor will help to make our patients to feel comfortable, enhancing their recovery and overall wellness.
Nursing Assistants
You’re a CNA because you want to make a difference in patient care. You know its hard work – physically and emotionally - but you do it because you care. You have empathy. When a patient offers their heartfelt thanks for the care you’ve given to them, you feel rewarded and you know your effort was worth it.
