Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate degree from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have good sense of service, logical thinking and communication skills
- Have digital product related experience, fault analysis and solution ability, with photography background is preferred
- Professional background in science and technology, technical work-related experience is preferred
- Ability to type 30 words or more per minute
- Fluent in 2 or more languages preferred
- Previous customer service and/or call center background is preferred
